What we collect when you contact us, use this website or rent through us, why we use it, and your rights.

This website
- The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tags, and all its files – including fonts – are served from this website.
- The rental valuation form keeps your answers in your browser only. Nothing is sent from the form; if you choose to send your answers on WhatsApp, you paste them into the chat yourself.
- The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to provide our service, and what the law requires us to keep.

If you do not give us the information we need for referencing, setting up a tenancy or a right to rent check, we will not be able to set up the tenancy.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. A person always makes them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it unless the law requires us to or it is needed to provide our service:
- Where the law requires it – for example, in response to a legal notice, or to a council or government body.
- The Deposit Protection Service (DPS), which protects the tenancy deposits we register.
- Contractors – we organise repairs ourselves. Only as a last resort, when it is needed to arrange a repair, we may give a contractor your name and phone number.
- WhatsApp – if you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp, which is part of Meta. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead.
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
Information handled outside the UK
Vercel and WhatsApp are based in the United States, so some information may be handled there. Vercel is certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. WhatsApp explains how it protects information it transfers in its UK privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only while you are our tenant or client, or while your enquiry is open. When a tenancy or our service ends, we delete your personal information, except records the law requires us to keep – for example about the deposit, right to rent checks or our accounts. We keep those only for as long as the law requires, and then delete them.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, or to restrict how we use it.
- Object to how we use it where we rely on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
