Which service?
What each service means
- Tenant find: we market the home, hold viewings by appointment and complete tenant referencing and right to rent checks. You manage the tenancy from move-in.
- Rent collection: everything in tenant find, plus the rent collected with a monthly statement. You look after repairs and your tenant day to day.
- Full management: rent, statements, day-to-day contact with your tenant and repairs arranged. Above an agreed limit we ask you first, except in emergencies.
- Guaranteed rent: a fixed monthly rent agreed for each property, with no fees to the landlord, where the property suits it.
- Shared houses and HMOs: help with the licence application and fixed prices for safety checks and records.
Finding a tenant is charged at the tenant find fee, one month's rent, whichever service you choose.
