Rent collection in Peterborough
We collect the rent and send you a monthly statement. You keep looking after repairs and your tenant day to day. The fee is 8% of the rent collected, plus the tenant find fee, with no VAT added.

What stays with you
You look after repairs and your tenant day to day. If you would rather hand those over too, full property management is 12% of the rent collected with no set-up fee.

Inventories, check-out reports and extra visits with a photo report are priced separately; every price is on the landlord fees page. Finding a tenant is charged at the tenant find fee whichever service you choose.
