Finding a tenant is charged at the tenant find fee, one month's rent, whichever service you choose. Inventories, check-out reports and extra visits with a photo report are priced separately.

Clear records for every stage
A monthly rent statement shows what came in and what went out. A visit report shows the condition of the home, with photos.

Repairs
One route for every repair
Tenants report to us, we agree the priority, arrange the work, keep everyone updated and check it is done. Above an agreed limit we ask you first, except in emergencies, and you pay the contractor's invoice with no mark-up.
Report
The tenant tells us what has happened, where, and sends photos.
Triage
We assess how urgent it is and whether it is safe.
Arrange
A contractor is booked and access agreed. Above the agreed limit, we ask you first.
Update
You and the tenant know what is happening at each step.
Resolve
The work is checked and the record kept on file.
