The rent, the length of the agreement and who pays for what are written down and confirmed with you before you decide. We do not quote them here because they depend on the property.

Three other routes are priced in full on the fees page, with no VAT added:
- Tenant find (let only): one month's rent
- Rent collection: 8% of the rent collected, plus the tenant find fee
- Full property management: 12% of the rent collected, no set-up fee
